Hey gang.

This week is a very rewarding challenge with a full class of Yoga Poses at the Wall. Learn tips and tricks using the wall that will allow you to get deeper in to the healthy sensations and alignment of your hips, shoulders, and core.

The techniques shared in this video to get into (and maintain) these poses are really quite creative and highly effective! You'll get a fresh dose of inspiration for your asana practice with this one, for sure!

I am sharing the initial video edit of my practice from this week for patrons only, but the guided voiceover and teachings to follow along with are in the original video. 

This video is the original Svadhyaya Lesson from the yoga studio. Zoe is teaching from behind the camera (she was about 8 months pregnant at the time) and I am representing my own personal #bodygoals as I would now like to return to that physique! But more on that in the upcoming weekly lessons...
