What's up everyone :) 

Are you ready for some self care tips and tricks this month? As promised, I will be sharing a number of techniques for massage and myo-fascial release that you can do on yourself. We will be getting into some pretty rad yoga practices too... but FIRST we're going to relax into some comfy cushions and take a different perspective into the tension surrounding flexibility.

Take 10-15 minutes with 2 or 3 pillows and a couple of yoga blocks and discover the magic of supported Child, supported Pigeon, and supported gentle Inversion in this Yoga for relaxation class; Letting Go.

Your hips, lower back, shoulders, and neck will all be very pleased when you do take the time to rest and follow along with this video :)
