Well, hello! Finally... a new yoga series to follow along with at your leisure.
I'm sectioning this class into 3-parts because it was a lonnng session. The files become so large that it really just takes forever to edit, save, and upload... so I thought I'd work on them one at a time.
It's a bit of a silly intro, and maybe you'll have a laugh... or roll your eyes :) hahaha! But I'm aiming to get some good comments when the consolidated version goes up on YouTube.
The plan is to upload a separate video for the public on YouTube this Wednesday. It's going to a busy week irl (in real life) but I think I can manage that commitment.
This video is INTRO + CORE CONNECTION
Once we get into the session you have:
- 1 minute of Cat's breath (side-to-side curve + spiral)
- 3 minutes of Reclined Bicycle (for lack of a better name)
- 3 minutes of Legs Up + criss-cross ankle arch
The full video is somehow about 17min! Background music is included!
