Hello Patrons!
I am back, and GETTING BACK to my body once again. I've improved the lighting since I filmed this video :) and am excited to be sharing a lot more!
Here is a ~15min session, to step in again!
This sequence will warm up your hips and legs, strengthen your shoulders and arms, and gently massage the tight spots in your hamstrings and back.
Note- Before I ventured into this practice, I started with Legs Up The Wall, so I definitely recommend lying down on the ground and swinging your legs up. Drape your legs over the sofa or a chair if you don't have wall space, or use the headboard of your bed!
