Hey gang! I'm so glad you are joining me for the stepping stones. And I'm happy to say that I've got my music back in this video!!!

This will be a great practice for you, once you've completed Asana Practice One and Two, from Stepping Stones to Flow!

If you missed the first two classes this month, I encourage you to go back and follow along with them both. You'll learn the tips I share for deeper stretches, hip alignment, posture transition, and breathing body techniques, and then get to integrate them into this class.

Plus, you'll get a full body asana practice, with skillful transitions, into the stepping stone progression. Then, you'll be ready to thoroughly enjoy this review!!!

Previous video asana practice includes tips and transitions for:

  • Malasana (Yoga Squat)
  • Anjaneyasana (Low Crescent)
  • Virabhadrasana II (Warrior Two)
  • Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog)

Attached is a verrry simple graphic for your visual learning to review the practice on your own / without the video (includes the next video asanas too!)

Side note: it's been a while since I've released anything for the public YouTube so I thought I'd deliver this to you all first and then see how it does on YouTube.

Reminder that $20 tier gives you my ongoing YogaCurrent webpages--

Stepping Stones To Flow is here!

I'm looking forward to sharing the final steps in this fun flow next week + I'm working on a photo project with actual stones :)

Peace out everybody.

Sending deep breaths, skillful stretches, and good yoga to you!

Stepping Stones to Flow | Yoga for Back Pain, Strength & Flexibility! Beginner Friendly Yoga Current

Looking for a good beginner friendly Yoga routine for Back Pain, Strength, & Flexibility? In my Stepping Stones to Flow; Yoga Current Video series, I teach you how to enter each asana with natural movement, find alignment within the yoga pose, and activate your muscles for healthy joints. After you practice, tell me... How do your Standing Forward Folds feel?? The Standing Forward Fold yoga pose, is my latest **behind-the-scenes** feature on Patreon. I'm currently calling the video, A Long Time Standing in The Forward Fold from MY YOGA PRACTICE AT HOME! It doesn't really work for custom videos. The $100 tier is best for the custom yoga videos because over the course of 4 months (4 months = 1 custom video), there is time to message about your practice and lifestyle, which helps me gather ideas about how to make your custom video. ——————————————————————————————————————— DISCLAIMER: Please consult your doctor before starting any diet or exercise program.
