This is it! The 3rd part of Shoulderstand Cycle. It's actually probably the most important part of the whole series (regardless of whether or not you attempt the Lotus aspect).
So, Prioritize This Video~ it will take you to the next level of core support, hip access, and upper body strength. In addition, you get to continue nourishing your endocrine system with the inversion effect (regardless of whether or not you attempt the full Shoulderstand)!
You will need a stable yoga block (but can substitute with a cushion).
