Note: I apologize for not having a new video for you this week! You will have a total of 4 new videos in this month's Shoulderstand Series though, because January has 5 weeks! As a courtesy, I've updated the membership pages :) All $20 patrons have access to the new membership pages! I've sent a direct message via Patreon with your username and password to log in. So check your dm's! All $5 and $8 patrons can use the direct links to past membership pages from Sept/Oct/Nov. 

The Shoulderstand Cylce part 3 will be ready by the end of this week-- Sunday, Jan 31st at the latest. I am aiming for it to be 20min. We shall see!

Plus, I have a custom video reward that I am completing this week. It's a one-on-one video and there will be aspects of the practice to share with the group.

What's up everyone. I'm Courtney Bell and this is Yoga Current. We all experience wonderful health benefits from yoga. This blog shares information about how yoga targets specific health functions and creates therapeutic effects on the human endocrine system. Namely, how the yoga pose called Supported Shoulderstand (Salamba Sarvangasana) effects the Thyroid and Parathyroid glands.
