I think you misread or misunderstood Aoyama’s story 😂 Aoyama was born quirkless and wasn’t fitting in with everyone around. His parents noticed how sad and depressed he was that he couldn’t fit in and that he didnt have a quirk SO they decided to gift him a quirk for one of his birthday gifts. However, AFO screwed them over because he made them start doing things for him after All Might became a teacher at UA. If they didnt do what AFO asked them to then he would kill Aoyama and his family. So no it wasn’t his parents who forced a quirk on Aoyama, he WANTED a quirk because he wasn’t fitting in he also wasn’t controlled his whole life, it only began when Aoyama was about to enter high school. They just had no idea getting a quirk from afo would come with repercussions later on when Aoyama became older.
