I work with a bunch of scientists and there is still so much we don't know about Covid long term. A coworker called it a 'slow rolling apocalypse' . The nursing shortage is going to end up being a huge problem, as the long covid symptoms that start putting people in the hospital will put even further strain on the system.

Enovid, but get it from Israel. They’re trying to charge 140$+ stateside, go to the Israeli pharmacy and you can knock a hundred off. It won’t let you have them cough in your mouth and still not get it, but as part of a Swiss cheese defense system it’s a great tool. Nitric oxide nasal spray is what you’re looking for, I don’t think brands are important necessarily
