For what it's worth, I'm mad about it. I was at their highest-paying tier for months and never got any of the benefits that I was paying for. I eventually had to cancel everything because I found myself suddenly financially insolvent, but I have since had to re-subscribe at the $10 level (on a credit card) because that's basically what I've been paying for this entire time (seriously, there's no reason to go above this tier, given their Patreon activity thus far), and otherwise it's hard to follow the content (especially for the recent live shows, with the images that basically NEED to be looked at for the comedy). It just sucks, and I feel like a chump. I love the podcast more than any other and have similar anti-capitalist beliefs and want to support the show, but this isn't the way to do it these days, in my opinion. Our shitty country has made it impossible for me to maintain literally any amount of income in the past three years; if I had not lost the peanuts job that I had back in June, I would still be giving them $50/month and still be getting nothing aside from what has been offered at the $10 level all along. I don't know how, but I'll only be able to support the pod through my actions and... fuck, I don't know. I've tried. I've offered to help them out with a lot of stuff, but if money is all that they want, so be it. I'm sorry, guys. I'll keep giving you $10/month through my credit card, but even that I cannot afford.

Did you ask? I am not able to see where everyone lives, so I can't send $50 people tickets to shows in their town and anyone who requests tickets, I immediately give them. I can only repeatedly tell people to request tickets, which I do. Will for sure send rewards. Sometimes people bump up their level and I already have them marked as having received rewards at a lower level, so it can be a problem. We have hired someone to do rewards so this should all be running more smoothly.

the $50 tier has certain rewards attached to it, one being a signed script, Gareth wanted to find where him and D had talked about how they were going to do the scripts/which ones they were going to print off etc. They talked about it on a specific Mailbag ep. Editor x

Hey G-man, wasn’t aware we had to ask! I’m sorry, I hate how everything anyone writes on the internet sounds immediately condescending and that was definitely not what I was going for! My bad. I live in SW Michigan though and two free tickets to any of those live shows would be absolutely lovely 😊 was hoping to catch the Grand Rapids one but I know y’all will be back. Thank you so much for all you and Dave do and I look forward to finally catching y’all live and in person.
