Hello guys, It's hard for me to keep track of what's new and what not after a while, so I though of making small update posts with new stuff I make. Maybe save them as draft if it's not enough material.
Now that my personal issues seem to be going away slowly (Forerver I hope.) I'm taking the rythm of working in the game full energy again.
As you may know, I ended up redoing water mechanics in terms of how Zoria interacts with it.
No more buggy swimming, classic Sonic underwater mechanics it's the future.
I felt like Zoria not being able to swim is really cute. (I'm pretty sure someone said that.)
How much underwater gameplay is there going to be?
-Not that much, it's not going to be a Game Area per se, (Fortress, Catacombs, Forest, etc.)
In your journey you'll find water from time to time, and areas that are flooded. I'm aware that barely no one likes underwater levels so I'll keep them on a low profile. (They're also perfect to hide secret areas.)
Monsters Texture, A must right now?
I know having unfinished sprites around feels messy in a big part of showing it to ppl.
But seeing how much time this takes, is it a must to finish them right now? Something I'm thinking about. (I'm open to hear your opinions.)
Catacombs. Filled with bones, lost soulds, the perfect place for a Necromancer, uh?
There are going to be located in the underground of Lobregum's Fortress. (Where you start the game.)
Filled with traps, secret passages and hidden treasures.
I want to apologize for my failure with Halloween wallpaper, It was not a good time for me, plus the public Demo, but I don't want to use that as an Excuse.
