Great job guys, really liked the post episode discussion. This section in the game was one of the most shocking things I’ve experienced. And then it just cuts to black

Yall just aren't ready for this show to not let go of you. I send you my condolences Lol. As a massive fan of the games, they've got nothing but respect and love for the material, the characters and people like me. I need you three in my podcast and roundtable when the season ends. We gona dive deep into SPOILERS! Keep it going muchachos. You'll get through it....... eventually.

The great part about what Henry did is it shows that he was a good person because he knew it was his brother but heard Ellie screaming for help and acted without really thinking

How to summarize the levels this adaptation succeeds? It constantly weaves between pixel-perfect recreation and wholly new enhancements, slight twists to brilliant encapsulations of entire segments. It’s utterly rewarding for both players and new viewers. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Get Mazin and Druckmann on a Marvel movie. lol I can hear Hector repeating that for emphasis: “Get these guys on Marvel Phase 6, just give them the whole thing.” To see Bella portray Ellie in terror and despair reaches an emotional level that the game does a good job with but can’t fully reach that pure, human reaction to what’s happening around her. Buckle up, friends. The second half was f this show is going to go hard. And then… if they bring the same level of adaptation to Part II it could be one of the greatest stories put to film. It’s often been said that if the first game, Part I, is like a movie, then Part II is like a novel. Dense with complex themes and incredible gray space. I’m with you, Agustin. I’m happy to be alive and well in this reality while watching amazing television like this.

I think that episode was the best of the season so far. The scene with the infected was so scary & so good. I really thought Sarah’s death was going to be the peak of my emotional distress, but then there was Bill & Frank (which I now understand why Druckermann called e3 the “happy one”), and now this. I knew what was going to happen with Henry & Sam because of the game, but I still got got & sobbed.💔 This show is so good.

We had only 1 infected in the previous two episodes (the one Ellie kills in the basement) and it wasn't even really noticeable. Then, we had all the infected in this one and it really packed a punch.

Ya'll have to play the game! Think of all of us who are watching this and having to witness it all over again! Also to see two other versions of Ellie and Joel (Sam and Henry, Katherine and Michael) and how potentially their stories could end. Listening to the official podcast puts to much into perspective. How Michael was the good in humanity and Katherine was the opposite. Also props to Melanie to make the Kindergarten teacher absolutely terrifying. haha. Jeffery Pierce was so amazing. He didn't say much but his mannerisms spoke numbers. Lamar Johnson and Keivonn Woodard were an amazing Henry and Sam. Love the changes of Sam, it did bring a lot more to their relationship.

Henry and Sam were amazing and hurt me again after playing the game. I think that's the second hardest hitting part of the 1st game for me. Won't tell you the first yet. But so cool watching you go in fresh, it's a whole mother level here. Also giving Henry a lot of shades of grey was amazing.

Play the game if you like, but this is like watching an awesome play through at expert level. The game evokes so many feelings.

Corey Strable

Adam's "I don't wanna play this game" was just excellent comedic timing after a devastating moment.

Don't have any friends that are into the content these guys love and create. Tuning in and seeing masc men being vulnerable and emotional and not editing it out has been cool. Being able to watch these videos with guys that are emotionally invested (ex. Last of us ep. 3 and 5, guardians of the galaxy trailer etc...) has been super cool..... it's been an emotional hand full of weeks lol
