What's up, homies! We're at the halfway mark of season 2 and we're getting to learn so much about the greater Star Wars universe through this show. It's great! We can't wait to see how these storylines expand the universe even further.

That was great. Kid level Andor! Bad Batch is doing a great job of filling in holes between the pre-quels and New Hope that make both better.

This season has certainly hit a new level with this 2 episode arc. They really are getting into Andor level political stuff. I would not be surprised to see some early Luthan or Mon Mothma cameos at some point. Let's not forget, that like Boba Fett, Omega is a descendant of Jango Fett and is Mandalorian. I also think she may be Force sensitive as you guys have said. A Force sensitive Mandalorian? Dark Saber anyone? Ok, maybe that is TOO far out there, but who knows?

I have no idea where this season is going to go next, and hot dang do I love that! Given that there's 19 years between Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope, they could be insanely ambitious and aim to have this show tell stories across that 19 year span. Obviously not doing 19 seasons, that's asking a LOT, but why not span that whole time? And someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Lucasfilm say a little while back the older commando dude in Return Of The Jedi is now Captain Rex? So if he's canonically still around then...

I feel like we have seen the end result of the Rebellion with the original trilogy and the last building blocks of the Rebellion with Andor/Rebels/Rogue One. Now, with The Bad Batch, we very well might see what is the early formation of the Rebellion. The Bad Batch have an ally in Rex who knows people, but with this episode they are now on the direct radar of Bail Organa, who we already know is crucial in the formation. I could see the show going 5-7 seasons with The Batch (including the reintegrated Crosshair) becoming trusted allies of Organa and helping establish the foundation of what will become the Rebal Alliance down the road. Sort of a special force A-Team type unit that Bail can use to help people.

What an epic mid season finale. Great reaction too. So many questions. It will be very interesting to see how Crosshair will react to Rampart's failure. Whose orders will he follow now? Will Echo, Rex meet him? Fantastic setup for the second half of the season. More Star Wars politics please but also more personal dilemma like Crosshair's, that's the salt in the soup. And also interesting how Omega has been introduced by Chuchi into this world of politics and power center of the senate. How did that influence her? Will she maybe become a senate somewhen later maybe on behalf of the clones? That would be interesting.
