Enter your ideas for October's MONSTER Transformation Polls! (Patreon)

Here are the links to this month's poll idea entry forms! The forms will be open until October 9th at midnight PST, after which the polls with my favorite 7 ideas for each form will be launched.

This month's theme is MONSTERS! Turn someone into a sexy (or ugly!) monster this month! You can turn them into a sexy vampire, werewolf, anthro animal, zombie, frankenstein, alien, anything inhuman that can have some type of horror angle to the transformation. The character can be an OC or existing fictional character.
