Denizens of the Tower! In The Vault of Molten Stone, the characters travel to an ancient dwarven forge on a lonely island that once was connected to their greater realm in the Shadowdark / Underdark. The heart of this arcane forge is connected to a volcano, reaching the power and heat necessary for the dwarven artisans to craft the most wondrous creations. It is now abandoned.

Legend has it that a great power lies hidden in this location, something that may aid the characters in confronting the Avatar of the Sea in the Endless Storm. Unbeknown to all is the fact that there are tools in the dungeon useful for an armed, but also a peaceful, resolution. In the hellish kiln of the Great Forge, lies a sentient weapon that may change the course of history in the Moon-Touched Principalities. This mighty artifact is called the Magma Hammer.
