A Few Notes:

I love the multiple meanings of this episode title, it works in so many ways. When Bobbi mentions that Bakshi has "got that whole classic Bond-Villain thing going on." Simon Kassianides, who plays Bakshi, had already appeared in the Bond film Quantum of Solace (2008). Maybe an in joke on the writers part! Simmons fangirling over Peggy is adorable and makes me smile every time.

I am fairly sure Ward told Coulson that it was a well, not a river, so the story still matched up and was true. Skye's Father did age, it just was not quite so obvious as he did not go grey. Whitehall had no idea how Skye's Mother's powers worked, so he basically replaced every organ and body part he could with hers, in the hopes that whatever made her not age would be replicated with him.
