I think having her try to cleanse her body in the Spring of Wisdom's fountain, having water brush down her body. She's very meticulous and careful, so I think it would just show how dedicated and heartfelt she feels towards her children as well.

I technically have two but hear me out. - There could be one around at a Great Fairy Fountain, Zelda would want to have a fitting attire for her widening body. Since this could be in the mid to late stage of her trimester, the great fairy would have Zelda wear THEIR attire instead (y'know, jewelry, rings, makeup, and all) as a way of "she soon might be as big as the great fairies themselves" type of joke! -The second one I could think of is a similar way of getting heart containers in the game by praying at a statue of the Goddess. Zelda would be praying for her coming offspring to have healthy lives and the Goddess would "grant" that. The Goddess would've given them healthier lives (or raised their health) to each of the offspring, causing them to have a large growth spurt making Zelda's midsection grow even further than usual.
