Miyuki Shiba Doggy WIP (Patreon)

So here's a short little progression post of Miyuki Shiba's base doggy sprite.

Since they're from the same game, part of the sprite is based off of Ako, with her bottom being massively reduced to something more proportionate. I tried to move away from the "pillow shaded" look that Ako sported in an attempt to be more in line with the art style of characters in this game.

This is the first version of the sprite I started with. It looked really ..off to me, so I tinkered a bit more and speedily redrew her arm and gave her a back bit of an arc before getting the version at the top of this post.

I still need to make a fewmore tweaks but im satisfied with how things are progressing atm.
