Public Release! Arina, Chun-Li, Noel (Patreon)

Public release is here! Normally it would come a few days later but I wanted to get this out of the way so I can focus on other things. Sort by date to find the new stuff as usual.

NOTE: IF you get an oversized leg with Noel, You will need to download the updated Brian/Donghwan from the mega as well and it should work fine

For those who had the early release, I'd recommend re-downloading Noel as I made several improvements to her sprites and added some 2nd stage sprites/animations.
