Justice - Version 2 (Patreon)

When I was discussing the idea of remaking a few of the Major Arcana cards with a friend she raised the Justice card as the #1 piece she wanted me to revisit. At first, I tried to retouch it but I'm glad I listened to her advice. This new version is quickly becoming one of my favorites from the series. This might even become the cover image on the box!

One of the things that was frustrating me with the older versions was trying to balance Simikiel holding both the scales and a sword. Something about juggling two props makes me struggle to balance things. 

When I considered dropping the sword to focus on the scales, I realized I could make a giant sword as a piece of architecture! Almost immediately, this idea bore fruit and it's been a lot of fun to work with it.
