Da'at, Gathering Light - (Color Phase) (Patreon)

I wanted to continue with the trend of painting the Emanations in natural light. This time though, I wanted it to feel a little more dramatic. I love doing this trick where I shine a spotlight on the middle of the character. It's always moody and cool looking. To me, it makes them look like they are on a stage.

One of the key features that make this kind of lighting work is a strong color temperature difference between the central key light and the surrounding fill. Having a bit of a blue glow on everything with a spot of orange always sells the visual :)
