Since we knew there would be no Valar Rereadis episode this weekend, I held back the release of the pod version of the Livestream w/Sean of House Beard on Sat the 22nd so there would be something to fill that gap this week!

We had a great discussion about what we know so far re: the prequel GoT show on HBO.

Was late to the party for this episode. You guys mentioned how cool it would be for TV networks to release some of the shows like GoT at theaters. Well, BBC America has been doing this for a while now with Doctor Who. They usually screen the season premieres and Christmas Specials (New Year Special starting from 2019) a couple of days after the TV release. I think it started with the 50th Anniversary episode in 2013. Occasionally they also screen classis Doctor Who episodes/story-arcs from the 60s-80s. But these are one night only special screenings.
