We are working out the details of our re-read project. I'd love to get feedback from y'all on how we're going to proceed. Here's what we have so far:

- We can't do a deep dive on every single chapter, that would be 350+ episodes, and there are already several great re-read podcasts doing that work. So I think we will do several chapters at a time, focusing on certain themes.

- A main focus will be incorporating all the new material into our book worldview, especially endgame/S8 revelations, but also prior seasons and (a lot of) Fire & Blood. That means extra focus on Daenerys, Bran, the Iron Throne as a symbol, Azor Ahai/tPtwP... but not just them.

- In that light we will have a LOT of fun playing with the plots (especially that magical ones) and characterizations that the show rushed through and/or didn't fully grasp. Lady Stoneheart, Euron, Stannis, the Shor... err Long Night, dragonriding, Aegon VI, etc.

- OF COURSE we will be noting all the great historical tidbits dropped in these chapters!

- ALSO OF COURSE, we will call this adventure "Valar Rereadis"

- I *think* what I want to do is have a Patrons livestream to discuss each batch of chapters, taking questions from y'all, then distill that into episodes for general release. The very excellent surge in recent Patronage allows us to hire additional help for editing and production, which means we can produce more episodes of different kinds without slowing down our core scripted content!

- Please offer any feedback you have on the reread! As I said, we're still working out the details so this is the perfect time to weigh in and have an impact on how this will proceed. :)

Sorry I kinda checked out from GoT after the finale so I’m just seeing all the messages on valar rereadis now and I am VERY excited to join you! I’d been hoping you would do something like this and while I never considered dropping you all from my patreon this project just confirms my decision to support you guys indefinitely :)
