PL zine feature: Orcas (Patreon)

when I am writing this it is actually Feb 2nd, but we can't post our entries until April 15th so this will be a scheduled post and when you see it it will now be april. woohoo.

for the Polar Lights digital artbook/zine I snapped up Orcas before anyone else could. We all had to pick a different creature but I was one of the first if not the first person to submit an entry. Very glad I got the orcas cuz my backups were less-fun for me to paint lmao. Orcas are my all time favorite sea creature!

 They have distinct language and orcas from pods across the world have been proven to speak different dialects and are unable to understand each other! Inthe history of man there has never been a single wild orca attack on humans, only captive whales like Tilikum who were abused for years have done so.

I'd post a link to the zine for purchase, but as of typing this there is no weblink to its sale yet and it's very likely I'll forget all about this post until it pops up in my feed lmao.
