When this page was written, a few notes were made about the importance of making the rat look kind of evil and gross. Incidentally, Hangman was also supposed to look kind of gross. However, once we got to it, we had a bit of a laugh at how Copy has a hard time drawing things to look truly disgusting. Hangman is a tad roguishly handsome, and while this rat looks pretty sickly I'm not sure if I'd categorize it as "evil" at a glance. You'll just have to assume the rat did something wicked to deserve this. Like he was the mayor of rat town and he misappropriated all their funding or something.
