The new fire effect for Peel Off's head led to some real problems while rendering! It eats up a lot of system memory, and my computer had the tendency to freeze up once it ran out of RAM. I could theoretically acquire more RAM, but my OS won't utilize it, so instead I broke the episode into parts and rendered it in small portions at a time.

The moral of the episode is that when nothing is wrong, you should buy a bigger ice cream, because adults usually want the same thing but bigger.

It's 16 gigs. Very few programs actually need more than that. I've read Windows 10 doesn't have a RAM cap, but the terrible irony there is that niche and specialized software is more likely to run into problems trying to operate on Windows 10!
