Bonus Tile - Desert Potion Seller (Patreon)

We think this is quite a fun little encounter map, and should be useful. A potion/magic seller has set up their shop in the ruins of a gatehouse, and is near a well - very useful in a desert! Your party are sure to find many reasons to visit the Desert Potion Seller.
