This was easily my favorite episode so far which says a lot and I swear, The Bad Batch legit will be my favorite SW animated series and even SW series in general because S3 is truly a masterpiece so far. The level of writing and direction that The Bad Batch has in general is immaculate and so underrated. The showrunners Jennifer Corbett and Brad Rau give Dave a run for his money, like I’m always so impressed with how well this series explores its themes of family and war. It’s on another level even compared to TCW. 🖤

That bird Crosshair kept seeing was one of those ice vultures that was following and circling him and the other clone commander when it looked like they were gonna die (and the commander actually did). So, it was a reminder of this place and the final straw that broke the camel's back with his connection to the Empire.
