Hi everyone! PHEWWWW what a great episode! In the intro I talked about my favourite theory that I had heard so far in the fandom, so I would recommend watching it. I'm so excited for where this is going.

Great reaction as always but hated this one. Not bad as Christmas special but close😂. Cmon a thread is the force, Mae killed everyone really. Anakin story been done. The Jedi taking 8 yr old kids. Anakin was the only one that old. That Mae must be stronger than Darth Vader just saying

The Force has been referred to by a lot of different names depending on the group - the Thread is just what these women call it. All its names are on the Wiki. As for Mae killing everyone, I realized after watching that we only saw one POV and we still have info missing in this story about what really went down. So pretty excited for next week! It's okay it's not your cup of tea though.

Hm. For some odd reason I couldn’t find this reaction last week… Anyways. I liked this episode. Personally I think both young actors did a really great job. Even though we haven’t seen all that much of adult Mae, she seems more one dimensional as a character and I felt that was reflected in young Mae. Some observations I didn’t see in the other comments, that I found interesting. The duality of the twins is reflected in their mothers (at least in this POV). Koril is hard, strict and seeks to violence against the Jedi. Anisaya is caring, understanding and seeks non-violent solutions. And she wants Osha to follow her heart. Unless Mae went all around the fortress starting fires, there is no way it would spread as much as it did. Especially the fires at the bottom of the wall. The dead witches showed no signs of burns and there wasn’t enough debris on the ground to have them all die from falling debris. They must have died from other causes. This story is the POV of an 8 year old. It will be interesting to see how much of an “unreliable narrator” factor has been written into this and how other POVs may be very different. Final thought. For Jedi, who are supposed to let go of attachment and emotions… Sol is such an emotional character. Love him.

Ahh them compared to their moms is a fun observation! Yes, we are definitely getting an unreliable narrator situation and I really do love stories with that so very excited for more! Tomorrow night can't come soon enough.
