Hi everyone, Rich here and it's that time of the week again. We're now planning DF Direct Weekly #130 and we'd very much like your input. We'll be talking more about the Phil Spencer PDF Prophecy, Games Pass costs and Microsoft's aspirations in acquiring Nintendo, but probably won't be talking about Phil Spencer from the UK real estate show Location, Location, Location.

I'm also curious about your thoughts on what was discussed in the RX 7800 XT review about the importance of upscaling quality and 'next-gen' features and whether a purely apples-to-apples approach to GPU reviewing cuts the mustard any more. As far as I'm concerned, I'm ready to reboot the whole GPU reviewing concept. I think we need more data (working on that) and I think we need to be factoring in latency vs performance comparisons (also working on that). But what about areas where you can't compare like for like? How can this be approached?

Other topics we're looking to cover: The Matrix Awakens demo dying, then coming back after a server error was corrected, Criterion returning to Battlefield support studio status, Ed Boon's assurances that MK1 on Switch will be fixed, and Bobby Kotick's comments on Switch 2 aligning with last-gen console performance.

Please feel free to populate the box below with your comments, ideas, questions and topics. Seriously, reading your questions and prepping DF Direct every week is a highlight, so have at it.

Hi fellas, new supporter here! I hope I am not too much out of the scope but what do you say on the latest Mac ports? I feel like 2010 all over again with release of Steam for Mac OS X and high hopes that AAA games might come to Mac. This time around Apple seems really invested in as they help with porting Lies of P (day one release!) or Baldur's Gate 3, The Medium and upcoming Resident Evil 4 Remake and Death Stranding. Will you be checking out some of those? I own both PC / Steam Deck and MacBook Pro with Apple Silicon which I do prefer as a creator / working machine. Such a great times! Thank you all for the show, your long time viewer and first time supporter.

I watched with great interest your MS leak DF special. What struck me was that NVIDIA are "years ahead" of AMD. Do you think their "open source" type approach with FSR3 will help catch up? Or are they doing well enough with supplying Sony, MS and handheld PC chips? Can they be like Nintendo and make great products with older hardware?
