So many directs, so many questions! Yes we will try to take your general questions as well, perhaps you want to ask what sort of fabric does Alex prefer his socks to be, what resolution makes John's juices flowing and of course is Audi ever gonna re-appear on Digital Foundry or did Rich forget to feed him in his basement? Give us your questions and we'll try to give you the answers.

Jurassic World Evolutions 2 released an update yesterday (accompanied by a NVidia driver update), that implemented RTAO. What do you guys think at first glance of this implementation of RTAO in a simulation-game? Wouldn't it have benefitted more from ray-traced shadows?

Capcom released a ray-tracing update for RE 2 remake, RE 3 remake and RE 7 for PC (and consoles, but that's beside the point). But with this update, they dropped support for the old DX11-renderer (now only uses DX12). This effectively renders the game incompatible on older OS's (like Windows 7-8.1) and older video-cards that don't support DX12. What do you guys think of this practice? Should older games that get significant updates keep original compatibility (or have an option to revert back to a previous version) or should this indeed be done to eliminate all limits so that the game can be easily significantly improved?

Does Audi drive an Audi? Are we really gonna neglect on 50 hz standard after the playstation plus Asia backlash? Consoles do support it and might be easier to implement than expected. In South America we got NTSC versions of games for ps plus deluxe. I loved the PSTRIPLE FULL HD video in FULL HD, it was stunning FULL HD quality to behold. Let alone the fact that it wouldn't fit on a VHS tape even if I wanted it too, or maybe even a VIDEO FULL SIZE LASER DISC

I know John has played around with a MiSTer, but are you guys aware of the RGB-Pi? I haven't used one yet and am mulling over whether it's worth a look.

If Rich was to eat one of the Digital Foundry crew, what sauce would he use?

Would you rather play a single player game at 60 fps with DLSS quality or 90-120 with DLSS performance.

How long till PC takes the wheel back from ps5 and XSX as the definitive gaming platform? :D

The team clearly has a lot of enthusiasm around Callisto Protocol. The horror game I'm really excited for is Scorn, which looks fantastic and based on the trailer will be less a traditional shooter and more in the vein of Alien Isolation. Also, Doug Bradley narration in the trailer was excellent! Thoughts from the team?

PC is the definitive gaming platform. It is were most games come out at and it provides almost always the definitive version of those titles.

Hope I'm not to late to ask the question, but what are your thoughts about running non native resolutions (particularly 1440p) on a 4k monitor? Given its not outputting at the same resolution as the monitor my understanding is that quality is compromised, but how badly is this the case? And when upsampling like TAA/FSR/DLSS aren't an option what is the best solution/resolution for this in your opinion?

I've been getting a lot of 6th/7th gen consoles lately, and was wondering if you have any recommendations for suitable SATA SSDs? I'm so used to the silence that going back to spinning rust is quite grating. And since throughput will always be limited by these machines, I'm more looking for capacity and reliability over e.g. the latest Samsung offerings.

Hi DF a question I always wondered since the Horizon FW video, why guerrilla implemented checkboard rendering with dynamic resolution in perf mode. I don't remember seeing a game using both technologies. Aren't isn't both technologies accomplish the same goal? Why use both, and do you see this type of technique (using both at the same time) being used in games in the future.

I've had good luck with WD Blue SATA HDDs as an internal replacement on my Xbox One S and as an external drive in a USB enclosure on my original Xbox One. They're fast enough and reliable enough so far!

Am I the only one who find Wo Long and Wokong to be confusing names of two quite similar games? It feels like another Outer Worlds/Outer Wilds situation.
