Somebody mentioned this in the YT comments but there is a typo in the timestamps. You may want to correct the time for "News 01" to 00:00:59. Otherwise impatient viewers will be skipping half the video haha Edit: It is fixed now

Oh wow, that AMD/ATI talk by John hit a nerve. A 5850 was the last ATI card that I bought and I had the exact same issues with Rage.

In case you were wondering, we are happy to confirm that DF Direct Weekly is not set in the PUBG universe.

I got this episode twice in the subscriber RSS for some reason. Any difference between the two?

No difference, Acast had some server issues during Saturday and it resulted in some weirdness.

FSR2 in God of War actually looked fantastic to my eyes. I tested it on a 65x LG C1 with a 3080ti FTW3 Ultra. It generally ran about 4-6 fps less than DLSS on the same quality mode but I didnt notice any weird artifacts during gamepass. I spent a ton of time tossing the axe looking for ghosting. I think it's gonna be a great thing for the game itself and allow lots of people to play at higher frame rates and resolutions and I can only imagine image quality will keep getting better. It definitely looked better than it did in deathloop.

Thanks for clearing that up. And holy moly at that HyperBlade reference, John!

I think the responses to Q3 (tech terms) could have considered the experience of a new viewer to the channel a bit more. Realistically they're not going to search through old videos or a written article on another website to get up to speed with the terminologies and acronyms used in the videos. If I was trying to recommend the channel to a friend, it would be great to be able to point them to a video or a playlist on the homepage of the channel to help onboard them. At the moment it's not clear where they should start if they visit for the first time. Maybe the explainer video(s) wouldn't do amazing views in and of themselves, but if they helped retain a viewer long term by giving them an understanding of terms in other videos, they might be worth it.
