Hello there, Rich here - back from a week away doing other things. This week's Digital Foundry staff/content meeting has happened and I'm happy to report on some interesting things we have lined up for you.

* Oliver - fresh from his debut appearance on DF Direct Weekly - is shortly delivering his review on the GTA Trilogy Definitive Edition. It's big, it's in-depth and... it's positive? You'll want to see this one. He'll be editing this week's Direct as Audi is unavailable and he'll also be looking at Trek to Yomi. He's also pitched an interesting concept: how does the original set-top box version of Xbox One hold up in the cross-gen era? Remember that this unit doesn't have the GPU 'overclock' of the One S we've been using for testing for a few years' now.

* John is finishing up his Nintendo Switch Sports coverage. We're late on this one, so the piece actually goes more in depth on the whole 'Sports' story, from the huge impact of Wii Sports to the not-so-impressive Wii U sequel as well as critiquing the new release. Beyond that, a number of great retro projects are on the cards - but we're not sure which one to choose yet!

* Tom is still working on his input latency piece. It's part of a sponsored video we are doing with Nvidia on their Reflex technology. But it has thrown up some interesting console data we'll be spinning out into a separate piece of content.

* Alex will be covering the latest Halo Infinite updates in more depth. Fixes to the campaign, Xbox Series S 120Hz mode, the PC experience - it'll all be in there.

* Rich (ie me) is getting back into the swing of things. Still working on the pro console/new-gen thing!

Is there anything you think we should be covering? The content line-up is looking good but we stand ready to pivot at a moment's notice! Have a great week!

Wii Sports Club. Nintendo had astrange distribution model where you could rent the games but they then later released it on disk Looking forward to seeing some comparisons between the original, Resort, Club and Switch.

THERE IS A PIVOT IN PROGRESS. Unfortunately, it's embargoed. Look out for something very interesting later in the week.
