I have the issue even plugging into the Denon receiver directly. I never had the extra box. I was told it was fixed, it worked on everything I asked about and in the modes I asked about.. yet nope. I actually tried multiple models.

Elden Ring runs PERFECTLY for me on PC at 4k. We have talked about it before and I can prove it if needed. I'm super sensitive to stutter and frame rate. Zero hitches on PC. On Xbox VRR is required.

This one does not appear to be in the RSS feed yet?

I just want to see a remake of the original Blood Omen. I still go back to that game and always enjoy it.

Legacy of Kain come on!

I usually get en e-mail from Patreon when these early access videos are released, but I didn't get it this time. Anybody else having the same problem?

My very first thought. Though it could be hard to do without Amy Hennig. Those games had such an operatic tone, and I worry that introducing any level of self-aware irony would break the whole story.

Alex - In English, you can avoid that 'do do' construction by just adding emphasis to the single 'do'... That's enough to convey the conditionality, at least to a native speaker.

I can't decide if the original Blood Omen or the first Soul Reaver would benefit the most from a straight remake. Blood Omen has a really great story trapped in a game style that's pretty foreign to 'modern' appetites. On the other hand, Soul Reaver was so ambitious on the technical side with the dual worlds and how that played into puzzles and traversal, I'd love to see that approached with newer techniques available.

I wouldn't say it runs perfectly on PC, as I have seen some hitches but they are very few and far between (12900k/3090)

@fatalmedia I know a large number of people still have issues with performance but when I say it runs perfectly I mean perfect. Frame times are rock solid, always a locked 60 at 4k max settings. Even without using VRR it's smooth. I don't know what's different about my system or what's installed on it perhaps but something is different that allows it to run oddly well

I wish Amy Hennig would let us know how the story would have ended had she not left crystal dynamics... Sigh. What if the coin lands on its side? We will never know... It's haunted me for many years lol. As far as remakes or remasters. I would leave the original out of it and just focus on the souls reaver series and perhaps blood omen 2 even though it's kind of outside of the main story. I wouldn't bother with the original though. Not unless you change it completely so it's more like soul reavers style of gameplay as well as a camera change to standard 3rd person.
