UPDATE: Hi everyone, thanks for your input on this. We're pretty sure that Patreon's API responses have changed and have been able to isolate the issue. A fix will be deployed today that should resolve these issues. Thanks for your patience!

Original Post: We're getting reports - several reports - of users unable to login to digitalfoundry.net in order to download the content we provide.

We're also hearing reports now that the RSS feed supplied via Acast is not functioning.

The Gamer Network tech team have audited digitalfoundry.net and found nothing wrong, with no errors at all showing in the logs. This suggests an issue with Patreon authentication.

I am still affected as of 8/9/2024 on Windows 11 with Edge; I can log in but cannot download any videos (Subscribe to Download).

The issue seems to have re-occured for me, I was able to download videos yesterday evening, but now I cannot. I didn't log out and back in or anything.
