This one's been on early access for premium tiers for a few days now, but today we're opening it up for everyone. It'll go public either today or tomorrow. And for those who've seen it before, we've actually got a new version here: in retrospect, the lack of Super Mario Odyssey was an omission, so we added it into the final version.

The blurb: As we begin to approach the tail-end of the Nintendo Switch era, Oliver Mackenzie and John Linneman get together to discuss their personal selection of the most technically impressive games of the generation - absolute marvels bearing in mind that the core hardware is based on a 2015 Nvidia mobile chipset. In this first video, the emphasis is on first party exclusives published by Nintendo - but there's plenty to come from third parties too in a later video. There are some amazing games here, and a surprise contender at the top slot.

I do think The Touryst should have been saved for the third party list. Mario + Rabbids 1 definitely could slot in where that game went. Getting those kinds of visuals from Snowdrop, especially in the first year of the system's life, is extremely impressive.

thanks for this awesome switch vid. Looking forward to the multiplats video. My fav multiplat game on the switch in terms of graphics is probably alien isolation. Better graphics and IQ than ps4 🙂. Just amazing work. The game itself is amazing as well and really deserves a sequel.
