UPDATE: We updated this week's DF Direct Weekly to accommodate Bethesda's tweet about Fallout 4 on Xbox, so we've updated the downloads on DF Direct Weekly. And as a fair amount of the assets we generated were in 4K, Oliver produced 4K versions of the show too.

In this 160th edition, it's Tom Morgan joining Rich and Alex to discuss the latest gaming and technology news. There's good news and bad news with Fallout 4's new 'next-gen' upgrade, Rich is impressed with Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora's new 40fps mode for PS5 and Series X, while Alex talks us through the latest path-tracing innovations revealed at GDC and GTC. Tom shares his impressions on Paper Mario for Nintendo Switch, Rich tests frame-gen on ROG Ally - and are Lords of the Fallen's tech issues resolved in the newly released patch 1.5?

While we have your attention, DF Supporter Program newcomers may not be aware that there's a Supporter-exclusive early access podcast RSS feed for DF Direct Weekly! Please ignore any links within Patreon itself, access this one, provide your Patreon credentials and you should be good to go: https://open.acast.com/public/patreon/fanSubscribe/593963
