Oh man, BUSY week. We built the frame for our roof and managed to get the tin that will actually BECOME our roof. We’ll be putting that up this Saturday. We’re ALSO finally replacing our 20 year old mattress. We’ve been waking up exhausted and sore these last few…months, actually. Leslie keeps waking up in her sleep, I’m feeling weird tension exactly on the spot of my hip I sleep on. We finally realized that it’s PROBABLY our old-ass mattress. I honestly can’t even pinpoint WHEN our old mattress came into existence. It’s been here since before we started dating, which was 13 years ago. And I know I wasn’t even its first owner! But whatever, we’re using our stimulus money to buy a Purple brand mattress, real excited to get it. I’ll let you know how that goes.
