100,000-subscriber celebration stream link! (Patreon)

Hey there folks! It's almost time... time, that is, for our all-day 100,000-subscriber celebration extravaganza!

You can read up on the details in this post if you're just getting caught up, but as a brief reminder, we're starting bright and early tomorrow (Friday, August 19th) at 6am Pacific / 9am Eastern / 2pm British time and we're going ALL DAY with crew races in Sonic Origins' Mirror Mode and Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion... and you better believe we've prepared plenty of incentives for viewers to cause chaos for us in various dastardly ways throughout our day at the races!

What kind of chaos, you ask? First off, we'll be extending both races as we hit the following milestones for new subscribers to our Patreon! New Patron pledges at ANY tier count toward the following race-extending incentives (starting from our current number of 677 Patrons, NOT zero!):

700 - Must collect all Chaos Emeralds in Sonic 2 / Can’t use recommended weapons in Octo Expansion
750 - Sonic CD added to race / Must complete at least half of Octo Expansion's challenges
800 - Sonic 3 added to race / Must complete ALL of Octo Expansion's challenges 850 - Sonic & Knuckles added to race / Must defeat Octo Expansion's superboss

Already subscribed to our Patreon (which you are, if you're reading this -- THANK YOU!!!) but still want to cause chaos for the GVG crew as we race? We've got you covered! We have a different list of incentives for current Patrons who upgrade their existing pledges, and every single upgrade (regardless of the tier being upgraded from or to!) counts toward the following silliness:

10 Upgrades - The whole crew chugs a Danimals yogurt
25 Upgrades - Jon is forced to praise Kiddy Kong for at least two minutes
50 Upgrades - The whole crew eats a handful of mystery-flavored jelly beans
100 Upgrades - Dueling monologues: Ash’s Sonic vs. Brandon’s Mario in a dramatic Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance cutscene!
200 Upgrades - The return of Bathtub Bowling! From the moment we hit this milestone, Steve must finish out the rest of the stream from his bathtub! (Fully-clothed, of course.)

And viewers who aren't Patrons can still mess with the crew and our races by way of Superchats, which come with the following incentives:

$1 - Chosen crew member must stop for 10 seconds
$5 - Chosen crew member will blindfold themselves for 30 seconds
$10 - Chosen crew member must immediately lose a life/self-destruct in-game
$25 - All crew members go into Funky Mode
$50 - Chosen crew member must hold their controller upside down for 5 minutes $100 - Pick your penalty! (We reserve the right of refusal, but will work with you to decide on an alternative penalty if the one suggested is deemed too extreme or inappropriate)
