I made the leech rig (Patreon)

It took me a long time to understand how to make such rigs correctly and, finally, I learned how to do it. 

Such leeches are one of the most common creatures in the Nightmare Worlds. Most of all they are attracted by sperm, which they feed on the most. For this reason, creatures with large penises are the quickest to get their attention. If there is no one with a large penis nearby, then she switches to creatures with small penises or even ordinary girls

Leeches come in different colors depending on the type of world they live in. Dark leeches live in the World of Nightmares in which there is little vegetation and therefore they are the most hungry. Green leeches are the most peaceful and well-fed. They do not pounce on penises because they have enough plant sperm

So far, I've only managed to do one static pose. I am currently focused on creating another update for the game, so I decided to postpone creating the animation for this scene. I will deal with this after I update the game with new animations.
