This episode was great!  So many performances!
The Boys & Oneus were the stand outs for me this round.

This was great!!!! after each stage I thought myself "this is it, that`s the best performance so far" and then the next band came...I like TOO´s performance of Magnolia in this show better than in the Intro Verivery did a great job, But my personal top 3 (a little biased) is . Oneus - Golden Child and equal ONF with Pentagon. The Boyz slayed the stage once more and I like this song but the other bands surprised me more, maybe because of Legendary War I now already what they are capable of. it`s a shame that one group have to go, this makes me sad, they all deserve to be there until the last show. Now it`s 4 am and I should at least sleep for 4 hours....good night!

I'm trying to remember with Verivery....a label change or something happened where their "big" music videos were deleted and started on a new account if I remember right? I feel like Lay Back and Tag, Tag, Tag were always the "big" two. They fit the theme of Road to Kingdom really well though....good groups that haven't gotten the recognition they deserve lol I'm not a huge fan of their newest comeback sadly. Photo is one of their songs that isn't as popular - they have a MV that was produced by Verivery (one of the members wanted to start working on video editing). It's not rock either - they added that to the RtK version. It's very different. I don't think most of their music is rock style. I honestly love the original and I really loved how they changed it for this. I think they have a few other songs you'd love if that's the style you like though. They have quite a bit of variety.

Honestly for this Round, I could not pick a favorite because everyone was incredible, I just think my least favorite performance may have been TOO. If I'm being biased I would said ONF was one of my favorite maybe with THE BOYZ and ONEUS but I remember when it's aired I went crazy watching VERIVERY stage too. - ONF I love this new version of WE MUST LOVE, I love it way more than the original because I heard the original so many time due to ONF performing it often since it's one of the song most non fans know (less now that they have BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL but still). It's just felt so refreshing to have another version, I'm also a big fan when music have strings/classical influence behind. Their main producer Hwanghyun who worked on ROAD TO KINGDOM arrangements studied classical music composition and he majored in it, he also did orchestra arrangements during University For your question, yes Hyojin (red hair) had like a conductor's baton, at one point he made the dancer on the right move and they made a move like they were ready to play violin , on the left he moved the dancers and they made a piano formation (but I feel like with the camera work you don't have time to catch it). Moscow Moscow was played at the end, a good song but don't recommend having doing a reaction on Youtube with this song because of the political issue with Ukraine/Russia, I know one of their senior posted this song because he loved it and unfortunately got backlash. You were talking about the clock, actually I love ONF because they also made reference to their storyline in ROAD TO KINGDOM and also use a lot of theirs songs. The clock goes with the storyline for this performance but also their general storyline outside of the show, if you check out their MVs, you will see a lot of theme that came back like : END OF THE WORLD, TIME TRAVEL, PARALLEL WORLD/UNIVERSE. Here you can see the clock goes in the right direction and suddenly go back in time. They also have a reference to their MV called WHY here, when Hyojin (red hair) have the dancers with their mask behind him, it's similar to a scene in this MV Funny thing : If you look at the floor, they broke the LEDs on one side 😂 The word you were searching for is : Sunbaenim (for senior artists). WM artists are all really close to each others, Gongchan from B1A4 recently posted picture from RBW concert rehearsal where Hyojin (ONF) was practicing for LOVE IN THE ICE performance (with Seoho/Dongmyeong) and you could see Chaeyeon/OH MY GIRLS/ONF/B1A4 cheering for him in the public It's funny to see ONEUS screaming "MAMAMOO" when now WM/RBW are linked so ONEUS/ONF/MAMAMOO/OH MY GIRLS are now too The ONF member you pointed out is MK (Minkyun) aka MONSTA X baby, also one of the noisiest ONF member 😂 (but definitely a sweetheart) - MUSIC SHOW DISCUSSION : You have several music shows each days (THE SHOW during Tuesday, Show Champion on Wednesday, MCOUTNDOWN on Thursday etc...), they are broadcasted on differents channel and in each shows, at the end someone win so you have always someone who win but those music show have different criteria (albums sales can count higher on one but less in another, others show can have digitals more high etc). For example, THE SHOW doesn't allow big artists or something like that so it's easier for little groups to get win on it. However, on others music shows when there are big artists attending, you have very small chance to win. GOLDEN CHILD was one of the few groups on ROAD TO KINGDOM who had a win I think, THE BOYZ was also one of them they won with BLOOM BLOOM. - GOLDEN CHILD : For your question, Joochan was playing on the violin Paganini - Caprice No.24 - ONEUS : ONEUS getting last place for the round before was understable even if it's sad, but like I said, they are one of the group on this show who grow the most after each performances. They performed this version of LIT during RBW CONCERT not too long ago, it was inspired by Jeon Woochi (I know some part of the performance are inspired by the movie), they also took inspiration of the KDRAMA called KINGDOM (which explain the zoombies and the blood) - VERIVERY : I don't think VERIVERY have a song that is more popular than the others but if I had to guess one song it's LAY BACK? I know that they have a OST for a Kdrama who was popular so he did really well if you want to check out called MY BEAUTY. PHOTO isn't that popular, it isn't a title track they promoted with Lay Back if I'm not wrong also the rock elements were added for this performance I think. Ravi had problem because of trying to evade military service if you didn't know more about it. Honestly, it was great to have a VIXX member coming to help with conceptuals concepts because they are know as CONCEPT KINGS from horror, greek gods, perfume murderer to BDSM concept 😂. They are also one of the group who popularized traditional concept - THE BOYZ made me love REVEAL when I wasn't into it at first when it came out

For this round the Pentagon performance has a special place in my heart, the performance was for them (no back up dancers) and was so meaningful. Pentagon has been my favorite group since 2017, and we've been through a lot (and still are, since Cube gives them nothing) and they often are very open with us, I often cry with them. If i remember correctly, the context was : we learnt in an article that Jinho was enlisting 3 days later, and the performance was broadcast 3 days after Jinho's enlistment, you can imagine how emotional we were. I still cry watching this stage, years later 😂 Anyway, I could write about Pentagon for hours. For this episode, my favorite performances were ONEUS (who I already loved before RTK) and ONF (that I started to love thanks to this performance). As for VERIVERY, they didn't have a popular song. Their most recent comeback before RTK was Lay Back, I kinda wished they did this one because I love it so much, but I guess it was hard to find a meaningful concept for a survival show performance? They got their first win recently (end of 2022 I guess?)! I'm so excited for the collabs 🥰

I can’t get over the no live vocals thing… it’s just so much more satisfying to hear live vocals… I mean even singing over the track.. but there’s barely , if any of that either… I mean this is an idol group… idol competition not a dance competition… it just limits so much of their performances to me. The dances are so cool but some of my favorite parts from kingdom ended up being the crazy belts or just really well sing notes… even the live raps hit different… it just leaves every performance feeling like it’s lacking. I love the dancing and concepts.. but at least let them sing over the tracks… so those who are great vocal groups and have something special to show in that way actually get the chance . Here it’s all visual and dance … just lacking live sonically is all Having said that .. wow they really all brought it and just some had better ideas with concepts that they were able to build up a lot more. The boyz finale though was just so epic
