This episode was so fun.
I loved seeing all of the girls rehearse & work on their performances!
I can't wait to see the next expisode!

Hi Sir Austin! Loved your Queendom reaction as always. 😊 Just with Oh My Girl: Seunghee and Hyojung are the Main Vocalists, while YooA is the Main Dancer and Visuals. Out of all the Oh My Girl members, YooA is the only one who has a solo singing career and she is still part of the group. Her 2nd mini album will be out on the 14th and she has released 2 MVs for some B-sides last weekend in preparation for her comeback 😊😊

To add: her solo stuff has been really great so far and you should check it out if you really are gonna see all the oh my girl content :)

True! 'Bon Voyage' was really successful that the anticipation for the next one is really high. We're all hoping for the best. 🙏

I am so with you about the raw live vocals!! I really wish it was more of a norm in the industry. People these days expect their idols to sing like machines. It's just sad that people get so critical of unfiltered vocals to the point that it has become an industry standard to just pitch correct everything.

I feel like Hwasa and Kei are a perfect example of someone being the same age but have vastly different personalities and image. Hwasa is known to have this more mature look and making anything she says or sings sound seductive? On the other hand, Kei has a more youthful and playful appearance and has absolutely no problems doing aegyo. She was known as an "aegyo machine" because she was so good at it. Also, this took place during a time where Mamamoo's schedules were pretty packed hence why they always seemed so quiet and exhausted in various points of the show. I think Kei was trying to keep Hwasa awake for the sake of having content to film by continuously talking to her. Anyways, I liked this part of the show because they actually allowed the different groups to interact and work with one another. And like you mentioned, you kind of start seeing different sides of each idol compared to when they're with their own groups. Because with their groups, they've known each other for a long time so you fall in to specific roles within that group, but when you're taken out of that and put with a new group, you're taken out of that familiarity and start creating new relationships and "roles' so you sometimes see a different group dynamic when different idols are combined.

It's the middle of the week and I'm looking forward to Friday 😊

Hmmmm just my opinion 😅 I prefer season 1 better. But, Hyolyn's performances are to die for. And you'll love how everyone drools for MC Taeyeon. Season 2 is like a Taeyeon fanmeet. If you're a Sone(which I know you are), you'll look forward to the end of the show all the time 😉

2023-01-31 04:54:16 Regarding season 2 - hopefully without spoiling too much: Personally I found season 1 to have a more friendly and a more innocent vibe. You can see this in a couple of instances, like the teams evaluating each other. The performances were even bigger in scale but overall I liked the songs less than in season 1. Of course, that's just my personal opinion/taste here; the same goes for the MCs, I preferred Lee Da-hee & Jang Sung-kyu. The unit challenges had one big difference to season 1 but the girls interacting with each other was my favourite part of the show. For me, different from season 1, there wasn't any group I was particularly interested in (season 1 Mamamoo) but in the end there were one or even two groups that really grew on me. (season 1 Oh My Girl). All in all I found it to be not as good as season 1 but had still enough fun to watch it, that I am hoping for season 3.

I actually agree, season 2's performances were indeed bigger in scale but I found that season 1 perfs were more memorable.
