Hello lovely patrons! Here are some portraits I made while playing around with brushes and stylistic approaches in procreate. Plus some cloud art, because that's the result of the demo I did for the cloud tutorial! I'm editing the final video as we speak and will be posting it early next week. Can't wait to share it with you! For now, I hope you all have a fantastic weekend! ♥

I really love these studies. I'm glad I joined your patreon community. You really learn a lot from your process. Thank you so much

very inspiring! As far as I remember, are you drawing on a new iPad on M2? It's very interesting, does it overheat while you're drawing? Because my new iPad is getting too hot

I’m looking forward to the cloud tutorial…the final result looks beautifully simple. (You have a way of making it all look simple). My attempts at the mountain scenes so far have been pretty meh.

Hey, do you know how to use the "Properties" color filter tab, changes the atmosphere and color, I think you know how. You could watch "Mythological Portraiture with Karla Ortiz (LIVESTREAM)" 2:55:52

i am using a new ipad, yes! it's a 2022 edition i believe. so far no issues with overheating, but i haven't used it on very hot days yet! do you find it overheats more in specific settings?

Thanks Lois. I worked my way through a couple of your previous landscape tutorials (and learned a lot in doing so). I feel like my abilities are slowly improving …baby steps 😃 thanks for your great content and encouragement ❤️

Those portraits are hauntingly beautiful, incredible art like always 🥹

thanks for the answer!) I removed all the additional settings and just draw color portraits, for example. And still the iPad quickly overheats. Maybe it's the hot weather, but after a while you can fry scrambled eggs on the iPad, it's so hot))
