QUESTION // do you have issues playing videos here on patreon? (Patreon)

Hello lovely patrons! As you might know, a few months ago all of my video content was migrated to the Patreon platform. However, many of you have reported video playback issues, specifically one where the video stops playing a few minutes in and can't resume playing anymore after that. It sounds incredibly frustrating!

I've been reporting these issues to the Patreon staff, because the tool is in beta and so they need to know so they can work to fix it. However, they have a lot of questions (which device, OS, app and/or browser, etc is being used when the problem occurs) and these are things I don't always know. Basically they need more information and would really like to get in touch with users who have this issue. So my question to you is: do you have a problem watching the videos here on Patreon, and would you be willing to talk to Patreon staff about it? If so, please reach out to me so I can make that happen! No pressure either way, but any help would be enormously appreciated :)
