Back to making digital art! I’ve been thinking about tiny houses a lot lately, since this is one of the only covid-proof getaways that I’ve been able to go on this year. I just love the idea of having everything you need in one tiny spot, and being out in nature. So here’s a cosy tiny house sketch that I made from reference, with my own details added!

This is so beautiful, really puts me into that mindset of peace and cosiness with the colours and gorgeous brushstrokes.

I have a question! Would you consider using a hard round brush in procreate too? I love when you do these kinds of studies but also remember you saying you like the more textured brushes when using procreate.

Loish

with procreate, hard round doesn't feel great. i think because it's just more responsive and you can see every mistake, including pressure variations. i might try it sometime, but idk if it would.. feel good, you know what i mean?

Oh okay thank you! I honestly feel the same way but I wanted to find a way to get the same type of painterly effect that this study has in procreate if that makes sense?

Loish

I see what you mean! I think you can definitely get a similar effect in procreate. The most recent tiny house I did (posted yesterday) is partially painted in procreate! I'll post a process video of one of these tiny houses, so you can translate the same process to procreate - it has all the same tools that I used in photoshop :)

Thank you so much! I’ve been struggling to like the hard round brush (even brush packs from other artists) and even though it works well in photoshop it definitely doesn’t click for me in procreate so that would be super helpful!

This looks so magical 💜

Love this! Are you planning on putting these out as prints?

Loish
