[Update] Vanilla Persona Weapons Expanded - Eltex Staves (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

I'm writing to you from Poland now, where I'm back in action with my fancy PC. I have resumed work already and the first thing I want to deliver to you is the update to Vanilla Persona Weapons Expanded that I have announced quite a while ago.

This update adds a new weapon to the game - a persona eltex staff. You can now get it by reaching the rank of a Baron with the Shattered Empire.

Whilst it also has a persona just like any other persona weapon, if you happen to be running Vanilla Psycasts Expanded, these staves will come with a random psycast imbued into them. This will allow your psycaster to cast this psycast without having to unlock it. Even better: If you obtain this staff upon reaching the rank of a Baron, you get to select any psycast from the mod as the imbued psycast in the staff. Perfect opportunity to pick exactly what you want and need.

Do remember that you still need psyfocus and psychic heat to cast this psycast, and unequiping the persona eltex staff will make your psycaster lose access to that psycast.
