Hey everyone!

Let me start off by saying thank you for the amazing support you guys give us - not just the cold hard cash and kind words, but also having our back when situations like Vanilla Chemfuel Expanded happen, where we get review bombed and receive dozens of rude comments telling us to quit modding, you guys always have our back!

Easter is coming and I would like to wish everyone a nice weekend - to those of you celebrating it, make sure to find many eggs!

I am flying to see my in-laws tomorrow and I will be back on Tuesday. Let me quickly touch base with you folks when it comes to what mods we're actively working on and how it's going:

Vanilla Factions Expanded - Pirates update is going very well, most of the weapons and armors are already in the game. We're working on the special functionality for some of them - such as a warcasket suit that allows you to spawn a bunch of temporary combat drones!

Vanilla Genetics Expanded is more or less content complete. It's going through another round of testing and then we will move onto release!

Vanilla Textures Expanded - Save Our Ship has almost all the things retextured now (250 textures, that's quite a lot). We're now working on patches so everything looks right.

Vanilla Psycasts Expanded backbone (framework) is more or less finished. UI work is ongoing, and our programmer will start working on specific psycasts as soon as work on the Pirates faction update is done!

We are also clear on the legal front with the Lore Book, so work resumes and we aim to have it finished sooner rather than later. It will release in two versions: Free 'demo' version available to everyone, as well as a 'full' version, locked behind a Patreon tier. I'm not yet sure which. Do you have any suggestions?

We want to lock it behind patreon so that all the awesome people who worked on it receive some sort of reward for all their hard work!

Anyway, I hope you guys (and gals) have an amazing weekend and I will see you all soon.

Review bombed for what? Being consistantly the highest quality modding team for rimworld?

I might disagree/dislike the mods from time to time, but I appreciate the effort your team uses to provide us with these cool mods. Would never try to belittle the team's efforts like some of the people that try to make VE "Clean".

It was absolutely disgusting what some people were saying in the comments. Great work as always Oskar, have a happy Easter!

Happy Easter! Always got your back man!

I will always be amazed by the need of some people to attack something they don't like instead of just, you know, not using it and going on with their life. Plus, new ideas and initiatives keep a community alive, not trying to kill anything new. I am aware that is crazy talk, but they could even use the things they don't like as an inspiration *gasp* to create their own mods. They are a number of VE mods I didn't like at first, but learnt to love after I tried them and it opened whole new way of playing for me. I tend to play tribal/medieval colonies, and VE Settler surprised me as it gave me a very nice way to transition smoothly from medieval to industrial/spacer when I felt like it - in a very rimworldesque way. And from there, hello to all the nice spacer/ultratech mods in the pipeline! Please continue to make mods I like and mods I don't like, I like the endless possibilities the VE mods offer. And have a nice, relaxing holiday far from the demanding and some time infuriating clients, I can relate!

I’m hype for Psycasts. Definitely the mod I’m most looking forward to.

The showcase for the new Pipes code in Vanilla Framework was a Chemfuel mod involving drilling for oil, and apparently Rimefeller's more rabid fans went to war over it.
