Due to the similarities of the activities, your use of the incubation devices created by GEDREP R&D department is likely to cause confusion and mistake among our consumers. Therefore, your unauthorized use of our technology constitutes license infringement. We hereby demand that you immediately cease and desist from using our technology. If you do not cease and desist the infringing activity within the above stated time period, we will be forced to take appropriate legal action against you and will seek to retrieve aforementioned technology using all means necessary, be it by force. We are not liable for the damage caused this way.
