If i use human corpses to make processed meat, and pawns eat that meat, do they still get mood debuff?

Are these factories going to be researchable and buildable, or will some come as quest reward only?

They are researchable and buildable, but they do require Mechanoid components - they can be bought or obtained by destroying new mechanoid bases.

it would be AWESOME if pawns incapacitated on/near the input of the meat grinder have a chance too suffer a ......"industrial accident" if you get what i mean.
