Input: Any clothing, tainted or otherwise.
Output: Selectable via gizmo, can shred all fabric-based clothing into cloth and all leather-based clothing into patch leather.

”A large machine that scans nearby textiles fed through two rollers, whereafter a series of clamps, shears, and needles stitch, weave, and sew basic clothing millimeters at a time. While the machine is particularly slow it is fully automated the user only must specify the type of clothing desired. Can also create flak armor as well as patch leather.”

Input: Cloth, patchleather.
Output: Any basic vanilla or VAE apparel at normal quality in patchleather or cloth. If possible, also can pass plasteel.
